Erin earned her Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience from Northeastern University and presently serves as a Clinical Research Coordinator at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. With over 15 years of tutoring experience, Erin has guided more than 100 students to academic success, securing admissions to prestigious institutions such as Stanford, New York University, and Princeton. Her journey into tutoring began with a profound realization of the lifelong impact knowledge transmission has on students' confidence, particularly those who once saw themselves as academically inadequate.
Erin’s belief that every student has the potential to thrive in the classroom if paired with the right educators and resources fuels her enduring passion for tutoring. Beyond facilitating academic excellence, she is committed to nurturing students into sources of support for their peers. She specializes in tutoring English, biology, and psychology at various levels, including AP, ACT, and SAT prep.
As a tutor, Erin’s ultimate goal is to help students rewrite their personal narratives about their academic capabilities and reach their maximum potential. Her motto is "teach the student the most effective ways to learn and they'll grow to be strong, life-long learners.” She focuses on developing learning skills in addition to strengthening a student's comprehension of the subject. She helps students understand the relationship between concepts to increase their understanding rather than just improve their memorization.
Erin’s three greatest strengths as a tutor are her drive, patience, and flexibility. Her drive is evident in the high expectations she sets for all students, motivating them to strive for excellence. Meanwhile, her patience and flexibility shine through in her deep understanding that the journey to success is rarely linear. Erin acknowledges that this path may encompass numerous challenges, failures, and moments of frustration before the initial signs of a breakthrough emerge.
In her free time, Erin enjoys swimming, running, dancing, cooking, baking, reading, playing basketball, and exploring different cultures and foods through travel. Her adventurous spirit has led her to complete a research internship in Cape Town, South Africa, and embark on summer backpacking journeys through Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia, as well as explorations in France, Spain, and Greece.

Ryan earned his bachelor's degree from Seton Hall University (SHU) and is currently pursuing a JD at SHU on a full-ride scholarship. He has mentored students in various capacities, including SAT tutoring and his current role as a peer advisor at SHU. His tutoring journey started in a study group where he was inspired to help his friends gain admission to their dream schools, a goal he successfully achieved.
For Ryan, tutoring is a means of empowering students to reach their aspirations. He is passionate about facilitating student advancement and helping them reach their academic and professional goals. He specializes in SAT tutoring, driven by the recognition that this test often poses a significant obstacle to students' academic paths.
As a tutor, Ryan emphasizes an interactive approach, allowing students to actively demonstrate their understanding of question processes while he explains new strategies and concepts as necessary. When students hit learning blocks, he makes sure to take it step-by-step to dissect the problem and fill in any knowledge gaps.
One of Ryan's standout qualities as a tutor is his empathy. Acknowledging the complexities of admissions processes, he prioritizes establishing a connection with students' goals and visions. Through this understanding, Ryan helps students forge unique paths to realizing their educational objectives.
In his free time, Ryan loves traveling, hiking, thrifting, and taking the train to Manhattan with my friends. Speaking of his friends, Ryan was part of a viral video in high school that garnered 15 million views—a video his friends still tease him about today.

She believes it is a true privilege to empower students to confidently navigate this exciting chapter of their lives. Her coaching style is influenced by her background as an athlete and educator and her preference for the "challenge and support" student personnel model.
In her coaching role, Jada excels at helping students recognize their autonomy and capabilities. She believes in collaborative work, valuing both counselor and student expertise. She approaches students holistically, recognizing their diverse identities and life circumstances. She uses a variety of teaching strategies, including auditory, visual, and kinesthetic methods, tailoring her approach to each student’s needs and motivations.
By identifying whether students struggle with extrinsic or intrinsic motivation or both, she helps them rediscover their goals and address underlying factors affecting their drive. Jada aims to empower students through support and belief in their potential, providing both affirmation and honest feedback. Students Jada has mentored have been accepted to some of the nation’s top schools, particularly in the UC school system.
In her free time, Jada enjoys going on nature walks with her dog, reading, going to comic book stores, hosting TV show watch parties with friends, drawing and making digital art, making playlists for friends, and going to drag shows!
